At The Otter Nursery, we are introducing safety improvements and kindly ask you to familiarise yourself with the updated guidelines before your next visit. Given that The Otter Nursery functions as a working nursery with active machinery and vehicles, ensuring your safety during your visit is our top priority. We greatly value your cooperation with these changes and respectful interaction with our staff.

• Entering The Yard – For safety reasons, please avoid entering the yard without an Otter team member accompanying you.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – It is mandatory to wear Hi-Vis clothing in the yard due to machinery and vehicle operations. If necessary, we will provide you with a vest – please remember to return it before leaving.
• Parking / Collecting Landscape Supplies – Yard parking is not allowed for trade or retail customers at any time. Kindly use the designated car park, head to the shop, and a team member will help you access the yard. Avoid parking across the pedestrian crossing or in front of the main nursery entrance – always make use of the car park. If you require help loading your vehicle, a staff member will guide you to a safe loading area or assist you with loading. Additionally, we have trolleys available for your convenience.
